    The romaine lettuce was observed under the leaking condenser box in the walk in refrigerator. 18 lettuce heads were thrown into the garbage by the employees. There is now a stainless steel pan under the leak to catch the drips. Repair the unit as soon as possible and protect food from being contaminated from the liquid.
