    Pico de Gallo was found measuing at 46F in the prep cooler top insert. About 30 minutes later the pico de gallo measured at 50F. [SA] Per cook, they placed the pico de gallo in the unit at 8 am. Staff agreed to discard item after 4 hours.

This is the first follow up inspection following the routine inspection. Observations: K06: All hand wash stations were fully stocked and accessible. K07: All foods were in appropriate time and temperature relationships. K38: Facility has purchased new filters and the light bulbs are confirmed to be LEDs. Continue to correct any and all pending violations.
