[CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium). [COS] PIC discarded old sanitizer and prepared new sanitizer with proper quaternary ammonium concentration.
