FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 5/28/2026 Major violations have been corrected. Continue addressing remaining minor violations.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Accumulation of debris on floor and staining on walls in the dry storage room. [CA] Walls and floors in food preparation area shall be kept clean.
Accumulation of debris inside display coolers. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
Heavily scratched cutting board in produce cutting area. [CA] Surfaces of equipment such as cutting blocks and boards that are scratched and scored so that they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized shall be resurfaced or replaced.
Hand sink near the food prep sink lacks soap and paper towels. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers.
Food boxes stored directly on floor in the walk in, in dry storage area and at front. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.
Dead cockroaches in glue board in the following areas: under 2 door freezer next to the walk-in under shelves next to cleaning equipment [CA] Clean and sanitize all areas with dead cockroaches. Increase the frequency of licensed pest control service as needed. Implement exclusion measures by sealing openings, gaps, and crevices. Maintain the facility in a clean condition, store food properly, eliminate clutter, and remove potential harborage areas.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Facility missing food handler and food safety certificate. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire. Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.
Incomplete labels observed on prepackaged foods. [CA] Food prepackaged in a food facility shall bear a label with the following: 1) common name of the food, 2) list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, 3) quantity of contents, 4) name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.
Food and produce observed to be stored directly on the floor of walk in and next to walk in cooler. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.
Hot holding warmer observed to be in use in front area. Hot holding warmer has not been approved by this Agency's Plan Check [CA] Submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to adding new equipment.
