Hot water at the 3-compartment sink was measured at 108*F at the time of inspection. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks (100*F).
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection will be conducted to verify that water heater has been repaired properly.
Hot water heater within the building is not operational at the time of inspection. Per PIC, it went out during the weekend and starting leaking. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. [SA] Facility only does pre-packaged food on site and employees wash hands in building next door before going into kitchen.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Flooring next to the 3-Compartment sink is damaged at the time of inspection. [CA] The floor surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Facility is currently a FP22 SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE RISK CAT 2 ($899.00) and only does prepackaged food on site. No food prep is taking place within facility and all food is commercially packaged. Food is normally obtained at Costco and Smart and Final. - Permit category will be changed to a FP21 SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE RISK CAT 1 ($526.00). New fees will be charged during the new bill cycle.
