Note: 1. Food safety manager certificate: Ramandeep Kaur - 2/11/2029. 2. The kitchen's two compartment's preparation sink is directly connected to the sewer line. To prevent possible contamination from backup of sewage, please use strainers to wash or defrost food products inside the sinks.

- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
There are multiple damaged and missing coving tiles below the sinks in the kitchen area. There cracks between the wall and floor by the upright fridge area as well. [CA] Repair the damaged floor patches and cracks. Please seal all the cracks and crevices immediately.
- K22: Sewage and wastewater properly disposedCritical
The two compartment food preparation sink is not working. A gray water accumulation is observed below it, and a contractor is working on fixing the issue. [CA] Fix the plumbing issue immediately, and until the preparation sink is fixed, the facility MUST PURCHASE PREWASHED AND PRECUT fruits and vegetables. No food preparation which needs prepwashing is allowed in the kitchen until the preparation sink is repaired. Please send picture of repair to the district inspector when finished (SA).
- K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals
Couple of dead cockroaches were observed on the trap located below the equipment stands and below the mechanical dishwasher. [CA] Eliminate all insects and rodents from the facility by a legal method. The PIC removed the trap and replace it with a new one (COS)
- K27: Food separated and protected
Some open bag food products were stored on the shelf in the dry storage area. [CA] Store all open bag food products in properly labeled bulk containers.
