ROUTINE INSPECTION
Measured water temperature holding at 64F at hand wash station located in restroom. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F. Note: Facility sells ONLY prepackaged food items. Measured hot water at mop sink greater than 120F.
FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
Upon follow-up inspection, measured hot water holding at 117F at mop sink and hot water knob operable at mop sink. Continue to increase water heater up to meet a requirement of 120F for mop sink.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection shall be conducted. ***Subsequent follow up inspection after first follow up shall be billed $298/hr during business hours and $645/hrs (minimum of 2 hours) during nonbusiness hours upon availability.***

[CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of hot water at a minimum of 120F for all sinks with the exception of hand wash sink to be held between 100F - 108F. [SA] Facility sells only prepackaged nonPHFs.
Found hot water knob currently inoperable at mop sink. [CA] Repair hot water knob.
