The tile floors are missing grout in areas throughout and this is causing debris in between the tiles. [CA] Repair the tiles and floor throughout where needed. The walls are deteriorated in some areas. [CA] Repair the walls where deterioration has begun. The ceiling is leaking in front of the back door. [CA] Repair the leaking ceiling. Protect food and food items from contamination from the roof water. Do not prepare or store any food near the leak in the ceiling. The leak is being repaired during inspection.

The upright refrigerator near the back door where the ceiling is leaking has water from the ceiling leak. [CA] Clean and sanitize the unit. Protect all food and food items from contamination from this water. The leak is being repaired during inspection.
