ROUTINE INSPECTION

This facility has extended the kitchen into the neighboring space. The plan check process was started and appears that there was not a final inspection. Please call for the final inspection and do not use the area until it has received the final inspection and approval to operate by this department. The owner reached out to the contractor to ask if the final inspection by this department has taken place as she believes it has.

4 reported violations

  • K40: Wiping cloths: properly used, stored

Observed used wiping towels on table tops. [CA] They must be stored in sanitizer between each use.

  • K36: Equipment, utensils, linens: Proper storage and use
