ROUTINE INSPECTION

According to the owner they do not sell to the public at all and the kitchen is used for personal cooking only since they also work next door. Cooking was taking place during inspection for themselves according to the owner. The owner would like to stay on permit to have the option to sell to the public in the future. Currently no name of restaurant outside of the facility. According to the owner he has no plan to open yet but will call the department before opening.
