FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 7/29/25. Facility was given a conditional pass due to improper temperature control and water being too hot to wash hands at kitchen hand wash sink. In addition, ambient temperature of front display cooler measured 52F and an active leak was observed at hand wash sink and preparation sink. Violations have been corrected. Owner provided new TPHC form for cooked noodles.
