Observed clogged mop sink. [CA] Ensure mop sink is free flowing and in good repair. [SA] Operator directed to discard of grey water in toilet until repairs are complete.

Inspection conducted in conjunction to CO0156945. Facility is currently self-closed until 6/23/25.
Observed sewage filling up mop sink. Upon arrival, observed facility completely shut down until 6/23/25 due to remodel. [CA] Food facility shall not operate if there is sewage overflowing or backing up in the food facility. The food facility, or impacted areas, shall remain closed until all plumbing problems have been corrected and all contaminated surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. [SA] Facility is self closed. Once facility is reopen, ensure all sinks are free flowing and in good repair.
