ROUTINE INSPECTION
Shield covers are missing at light fixtures within cook line. [CA] Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is unpackaged foods, clean equipment, utensils, linens, or unwrapped single use articles.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Noted a fly in the back storage area of the facility, located next to the shoe rack area. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.
Drain line in the prep area of meat cutting section has a drain line that is not above a floor sink. Drain line has been extended away from the drain line. [CA] Condensation line from walk-in refrigerator shall drain into an approved plumbing system.
Fan guards within the prep areas have dust build up on them. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
Sanitizer bucket (Quats) within the rotisserie chicken station was measured at 100PPM at the time of inspection. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium). [COS] Sanitizer buckets have been changed out and re-measured at 200PPM.
