    Drain line in the prep area of meat cutting section has a drain line that is not above a floor sink. Drain line has been extended away from the drain line. [CA] Condensation line from walk-in refrigerator shall drain into an approved plumbing system.

[COS] Sanitizer buckets have been changed out and re-measured at 200PPM.
