[CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.

PHFs with in reach in #2 were measured at 56*F at the time of inspection. Refrigeration mainly consists of whole veggie products that are not cooked. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] All products that were within both refrigeration units were VCD at the time of inspection.
