  • K08: Time as a public health control; procedures & recordsCritical

    Boba in the back of the facility is not time marked at the time of inspection. Per PIC, the boba was made at 12PM and it is now 4PM. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. Submit TPHC form to the department for approval. [SA] Food was VCD by PIC.

  • K01: Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certification

    Unable to provide a current food manger certification at the time of inspection. Per, PIC he has taken the test but has not been able to pass. All food handler cards are current. [CA] Obtain a food manger certification within 60-days. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.

  • K33: Nonfood contact surfaces clean

    Fan guards within walk in have dust build up at the time of inspection. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperaturesCritical

    Front prep table has PHFs measured between 61-62*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, the items were placed into the unit about 1-hour ago. Items are constantly being changed out. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] Facility will place items under TPHC until unit is serviced.
