At the 3 compartment sink, the spray nozzle does not turn when switching over the diverter knob. Observed button on the spray nozzle to be stuck. [Corrective Action] Repair or replace the spray nozzle. Spray nozzle may be removed if not needed.

Hot water at the 3 compartment sink was measured at a maximum temperature of 118 degrees Fahrenheit. [Corrective Action] Provide hot water at a minimum temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grime accumulation on the ice chute at the soda fountain. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice chute.

Spray nozzle does not turn off when the water is turned on and when the diverter knob is turned to goose neck nozzle. [Corrective Action] Ensure spray nozzle is working properly.

Grime accumulation in the ice chute of the soda fountain dispenser. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean.

Light flickering at the service area. [Corrective Action] Ensure light is in good working condition.
