    Handwash sink was partially obstructed by cardboard boxes placed around the sink. [CA] All handwash sinks shall be kept unobstructed and easily accessible for employees to readily wash their hands when required. [COS] Employee removed the cardboard.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

Limited inspection conducted in conjunction with CO0158432. Fish tanks were inspected and were observed to be overcrowded with algae build-up. Discussed with manager to not overload the filtration systems and clean more frequently.

    1.Several fishtanks and crab tanks had algae build-up. [CA] Clean tanks regularly and check filtration to prevent the build-up of algae. 2.Two Fish tanks appeared to be slightly overcrowded. [CA] Keep overcrowding down so filtration system doesn't get overwhelmed and tanks stay clean.
