    Observed food at front service line at ambient temperature. It was discussed that all food items prepared after each service are discarded. The PIC requested to implement Time Control due to the nature of their service. A written plan has not been reviewed and approved by this agency. A copy of the TPHC template will be provided in addition to this inspection. The PIC stated that service is broken down into the following: 8:30AM - 10:00AM - Breakfast 11:30AM - 2:00PM - Lunch service [CA] Provide written procedures and time marking for PHFs utilizing time as a public health control (TPHC).
