    Food safety manager's certificate was unavailable upon request. [CA] Ensure a valid food safety manager's certificate is obtained and posted within the facility.

    Observed unapproved and unfinished wall partitions installed separating the dining area from the grocery/prep area. [CA] Ensure approved walls are installed through the local jurisdiction and properly finished to prevent harborage of vermin.
