This is a follow up inspection to verify that all major violations mentioned on 6/18/26 inspection report have been addressed. All major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K11: Proper reheating procedures for hot holding. Facility is re-heating all food within the microwave that is on site. - K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized. All equipment looks clean/sanitized at the time of inspection. No evidence of vermin landing on food contact surfaces. See measured observations for Quats. - K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals. No evidence of vermin within the facility at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they will be installing additional approved fly traps around the facility. Talked to PIC with regards to new pieces of equipment being installed in the facility. All equipment will be commercial grade and plug ins. Continue on working on any other violations mentioned on 6/18/26

CA] Any PHF that has been cooked, cooled, and reheated for hot holding shall be reheated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 15 seconds. Hot holding units are not allowed to re-heat food items; should either be done within the microwave or within the cook line. Recommend having coming hot to facility from the main kitchen and placed into larger hot holding units or microwave to re-heat the food that comes from the main kitchen. [SA] Food products are being re-heated in the microwave.
