ROUTINE INSPECTION
MAJOR: 3-comp sink faucet measured to have hot water at 86F at time of inspection. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Repair faucet and hot water within the 60 days. [SA] Facility uses hose next to 3-comp sink with 120F. Per employee hot water faucet is leaky and facility is using hose as source of hot water. Hose observed to be plumbed into the water. MINOR: Handwash sink by register measured to have water at 86F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
