Observed bowls, measuring containers and plastic to go containers being left in the bulk food bins. [CA] Discontinue storing these on the food in the bins, You may use a scoop with a handle and store it with the handle not touching the food inside.

The inside of the ice machine has some pink and black growth on the top inside portion. [CA] Clean and sanitize the area of the accumulation.

Observed unlabeled spray bottle with cleaning chemical. [CA] Label all spray bottles with the ingredients.

The bulk food bins do not have labels. [CA] label the bins with the contents. Observed raw meat and poultry stored above other food items. [CA] Store all raw meat, seafood, and poultry below all other foods.

The refrigerator on the left across from the cookline is holding food at approximately 50 degrees F. [CA] The potentially hazardous food must be kept at 41 degrees F maximum. [COS] The manager stated that at the end of the day the items in that unit are discarded daily and he discarded the food in the unit. Do not use the refrigerator until it can hold the PHFs at 41 degrees F and below.
