The cove base by the mop sink is in disrepair and detaching from the wall. [CA] Ensure to maintain the floors, walls, and ceilings of the facility clean and in good repair.
- K39: Thermometers provided, accurate
Facility lacks a probe type thermometer. [CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.

1. The water to the handwash sink near the warewash sink was turned off. Per staff, it had a large leak and has a work order in. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. 2. Repeat Violation: Tthe employee restroom, at the only hand sink which is equipped with a nonadjustable mixing valve, water reached a maximum of 130°F. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
