FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
Follow up inspection for routine inspection conducted on 11/01/2024 regarding the following violation: K22 Sewage and wastewater properly disposed Specialist observations: K22 Sewage and wastewater properly disposed: CORRECTED. Prep sink is available for use and no back up of sewage observed.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Logs observed. Discussed with manager that violations with comply by date shall be corrected by 11/08/2024. Continued non-compliance will result in subsequent follow-up inspections charged at $298 per hour.
Prep sink is not available for use due to potential sewage backup. Per manager, prep sink has been inoperable for approximately a month. Store manager stated the backup is currently being repaired/assessed. 3 compartmen sink's sanitizer compartment is temporarily being used as food prep sink. [CA]: Liquid waste shall be disposed through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. Discussed properly sanitizing 3 compartment sink sanitizer sink prior and after use.
