Notes: - Facility is using the upstairs bar as a store front for their merchandise business. Per PIC, The ice machine in the bar area will not be available for the commissary operation. - Food facility does not prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous foods. A permit change to FP06, FP07, or FP08 may occur pending square footage of the facility. Facility allows outside caterers to set up buffets and serve from the counter window. Clients purchase and operate the bar downstairs. The kitchen is used as a commissary area for a mobile food facility.
