1. Found employees jacket and purse stored on bottled beverages in back storage area. [CA] Employee's personal effects (cell phone, purse, car keys, and jackets) shall be stored in employee lockers or other designated areas for employee storage. 2. Found mop device stored inside of mop sink. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. 3. Found one house hold raid cannister stored under hand wash sink located in front area. [CA] Discontinue using raid, use approved pest control services.

1. Missing atmosphere presssure at mop sink. Observed leak at location. [CA] Provide atmospheric pressure valve. 2. Found cold water pressure weak at mop sink. [CA] Ensure cold water is free flowing and in good repair.
