1. Mop was stored cleaning end upward allowing dirty water to soil the handle. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. 2. Both front doors to the facility are propped open. [CA] Keep doors closed at all times to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin.

1.Under 3-compartment warewash sink observed an accumulation of old dropping. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings. 2. One fly observed in food prep areas. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.

No valid Food Safety Certificate or Food Handler Cards were available during time of inspection. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times. Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.
