In the walk in cooler, cooked chicken measured at 48F, garlic noodles measured at 46F, and beef measured at 46F. Ambient temperature of unit measured at 48F. Per PIC, the employees adjusted the thermostat of the unit approximately 1 hour prior to measurement.
