Service line observed to be empty. Around 6:30PM operator provided photos of logs being filled out when line was stocked. Follow Up was conducted on site and report was written off site. Chicken skewers were heated to 165F. MINOR: Under counter cooler measured to have: -Ambient temperature of 56F -Raw burger at 45F -Chimichurri at 49F (per operator prepped within the last 45 minutes) [CA] Keep PHFs at 41F and below for cold holding. [COS] PHFs were labeled with TPHC and will be discarded at noon.
