Hot water was measured around 108F at the three-comp sink and hand washing sinks were measured 66F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks. Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.

Empty permanent soap dispenser for the hand washing station behind the counter. Pump soap in use. [CA] Provide handwashing cleanser in permanent dispenser at handwash stations at all times.

The health permit issued was not posted. [CA] The health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.

Hand washing sink with a sensor in a one restroom is at 66F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.

Dirty mop water bucket with mop next to mop sink. [CA] Mop water shall be disposed of in the janitorial sink or toilet facility. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Open ceiling panel in the back area. [CA]Close the ceiling panel and eliminate gap greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin.
