    Beef patty within mental trays were completely covered with plastic and still in the cooling process. [CA] When cooling PHF's, food may be left uncovered or loosely covered to allow rapid cooling. [SA] PIC moved the plastic from one side of the tray to allow are flow.

    Food debris noted around and under the cooking equipment at the time of inspection. [CA] Regularly clean under cooking equipment to prevent accumulation of debris.

    Hand wash station next to the dish washer has a damaged soap dispenser at the time of inspection. [CA] Install a new dispenser within this hand wash station.

    Grilled onions within metal tray were measured at 123*F at the time of inspection. No on a heated surface or being hot held. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] Metal tray was moved to the flat grill and being re-heated to 165*F.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

A Limited Inspection was conducted in conjunction with a Epidemiology Investigation. Facility was observed in process of remodeling. Found out that new section was the old Starbuck that have converted into the new kitchen. The new major remodel SR0874974 has not yet had the final inspection from the Plan Check Program. Spoke with Dave the contractor stated that the expected date of completion is around 10/18/2024. Schedule an appointment to conduct a final plan check with the Plan Check Program no later than 10/02/2024.

    Potato samosa and chicken samosa was measured at 52 and 59 degrees Fahrenheit in the 2 drawer cooler respectively. PIC stated that the samosas are taken out from the freezer at night and stored into the 2 drawer cooler. PIC stated that the circuit must have tripped therefore the cooler was not on at the time of inspection. [Corrective Action] Ensure Potentially Hazardous Foods are maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. [Suitable Alternative] PIC voluntarily discarded the samosas.
