1. Faucet next to registers was leaking when shut off. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair. 2. Faucets at three compartment sink only have spray nozzle. [CA] Repair/replace faucets so that a regular spout is available to fill compartments at sink, a spray nozzle may also be available.
