Leftover will be discarded, per PIC. Lunch start 10:57am and 12:04 p.m. Wednesday: Lunch at 10:19 am and 11:07 am. Reviewed delivery slip - temperature log not filled out for today and last Friday; ensure to document delivery/receiving temperatures and maintain proper records.
