- K22: Sewage and wastewater properly disposed
Observed minor leak below the waste drain pipe on the far right basin of the three-compartment food preparation sink. Waste water is being caught with a plastic bucket maintained below the drain. [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system.
- K39: Thermometers provided, accurate
Two-door upright refrigerator lacked thermometer. [CA] A thermometer +/- 2°F shall be provided and correctly located in each hot and cold holding unit containing potentially hazardous foods.

Five year Food Safety Certificate (food manager certificate) is expired. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.
- K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
Paper towel dispenser at the hand wash sink closes to the entrance into the kitchen lacked paper towels. Paper towels were maintained on a standalone towel holder on the other side of the hand sink. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers. Hand wash sink at the cook line is covered in plastic wrap and appears to be inoperable. [CA] Provide sufficient number and conveniently locate handwash sinks near food prep area or warewashing area.

Ambient temperature of the two-door upright refrigerator measured at 48F via probe thermometer placed inside. Thermostat displayed outside of the refrigerator displayed a temperature between 45F to 46F. At the time, refrigerator did not have any food items besides a bag of flour. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below.
