ROUTINE INSPECTION
Quaternary ammonia dispenser is not working at three compartment sink. Test strips turned blue. [CA] Repair/replace dispenser to appropriately dispense quaternary ammonia. Self dilute quaternary ammonia with water in sanitizing compartment of three compartment sink to 200ppm to sanitize equipment until dispenser is repaired.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Quaternary ammonia dispenser at three compartment sink was not working at time of inspection. [CA] Repair/replace dispenser and maintain in good condition. Pour quaternary ammonia directly into sink full of water to sanitize until dispenser can be replaced. Use 1 tbs of quaternary ammonium (10%) per 2 gal. of water for quaternary ammonium (200 PPM).
Lids to dumpsters were propped open. [CA] Maintain lids to dumpsters closed.
