    Observed employee wash the blenders inside the single compartment sink with soap and water only at the front service counter. [CA] All food equipment must be washed-rinsed-sanitized and air dried after each use at the 3 compartment sink in the back prep area. [COS] Instructed employee to set up 3 comp sink and re-wash blenders. Recommend to purchase additional blenders so there is ample amount available during busy hours. Only 4 blenders containers on site. Employee stated they quickly wash blenders in sink and at the end of the shift, they use the 3 compartment sink to wash the blenders.
