ROUTINE INSPECTION
The towel bucket tested at 0ppm quat. According to the employee they were just about to change them out. The 0ppm reading shows that it would need to be changed much sooner than the current schedule in order to keep it from going all the way down to 0ppm sanitizer. [COS] The employee changed out the buckets to 200ppm quat.
The paper towel dispenser in the restroom was empty. [CA] Keep the paper towels available in the dispenser for proper hand washing. [COS] The dispenser was refilled.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Report had to be rewritten due to computer problems when asking employee for signature.
Observed the large bulk food bin to not be labeled. [CA] Label each food bin with the contents.
Observed the refrigerator railing in the far corner to be soiled and the shelves have accumulation throughout. [CA] Thoroughly clean the equipment.
Employee does not have a valid food handler card. [CA] Each employee must have a valid food handler card or FSC.
Observed no thermometer in a refrigerator. [CA] Provide a thermometer in each unit.
Observed the floors to be soiled under equipment and in corners. [CA] Remove the buildup in the corners and under equipment and clean the floors thoroughly.
