    Observed lack of soap at the only handwash sink in the kitchen. Per employee, the soap dispenser was broken yesterday. Facility has submitted a ticket for repairs. [CA] Handwash station shall be fully stocked and accessible at all times. [COS] Employee stocked the handwash sink with a portable bottle of soap during inspection.

  • K21: Hot and cold water available

    In the employee restroom, measured the maximum water temperature at the handwash sink at 95F. [CA] Water shall be supplied as measured from the faucet at a temperature of 100-108F at handwash sinks.

  • K39: Thermometers provided, accurate

    Observed countertop cooler lacks a thermometer for monitoring internal temperatures. [CA] A thermometer shall be placed in each refrigeration unit where it is easily visible while checking ambient temperature.

    Measured the highest water temperature at the 3-compartment sink at 103F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum of 120F at warewashing sinks.

    Observed soap dispenser was empty. [CA] Handwash sink shall be supplied with soap and single use towels at all times. [COS] Maintenance refilled the soap dispenser during inspection.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

    Measured milk on the self-service counter at 51F. Per PIC, milk container is iced and should be kept cool throughout service (6:00-10:00 AM). [CA] Potentially Hazardous Foods shall be kept at 41F or below or 135F or above. [SA] PIC stated that milk will be discarded at the end of service (4 hours after removal from temperature control.)
