- K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Measured deli meats in the preparation unit inserts from 41-48F. Per PIC, deli meats were restocked 10 minutes prior to temperature measurement. Observed deli meats are stacked above the insert cooler line. [CA] Potentially Hazardous Foods shall be kept at 41F or below or 135F or above. Store foods properly below the insert cooler line to ensure foods are maintained in contact with refrigeration unit.
- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
1) Observed leak at the 3-compartment sink whenever the faucet is turned on. Per PIC, facility has already submitted a work order. [CA] Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in good repair. 2) Observed drainpipe from the soda machine extends directly into the floor sink. [CA] Provide air gap between the drain pipes and floor sink that is at least twice the diameter of the inlet and no less than one inch.

Observed multiple gaps in the ceiling due to missing or broken ceiling panels (above the walk-in cooler and water heater). [CA] Seal all gaps in the facility. The facility shall be fully enclosed to prevent pest entrance and harborage.

Facility has an expired health permit posted in public view. [CA] The most recent and updated health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.
