ROUTINE INSPECTION

Per PIC, facility serves mostly beverages and nachos on Mondays for Bingo Night. The main kitchen is used approximately once every 4-6 weeks at most, usually in the evenings. Food is purchased from Restaurant Depot. Hot water temperatures OK. All handwash sinks were stocked with soap and paper towels. Observed sanitizer (bleach) next to 3-compartment sink.
