    Observed water dripping from the walk in cooler fan unit on to the cardboard box with food. No contamination observed, food is prepackaged. Advised PIC to keep a container to catch the water and contact technician to repair the leak. [CA] Equipment shall be designed and constructed to be durable and retain characteristic qualities under normal use conditions.
