The permit has incorrect information according to the owner. The permit has a condition that says no cooking shall be done and the name of the catering company that the food is purchased from. According to the owner the name of the catering company has changed. Please email me the new name of the catering company as soon as possible. christina.rodriguez@deh.sccgov.org.

The ware washing sink is covered completely with stainless steel pieces and equipment on top, [CA] This ware washing sink must be used. The hand sink is next to the dish sink and reaches 120 degrees F. According to the employees the dishes are washed at the hand sink. This practice is not approved. Each sink must be used for its designated purpose. Dishes at the ware washing sink and hand washing with soap and paper towels at the hand sink. The water was turned off underneath and facilities has come to turn it back on during the inspection. [COS] Sinks reach proper temperatures and are available for use. The dish washing setup sticker was given to the manager. There are not any chlorine test strips used and chlorine is also used as a sanitizer here. [CA] Provide and use chlorine test strips when making the chlorine based sanitizer.

The dish washing sink does not give any water at either hot or cold faucet. There are two faucets and neither of them are working. [CA] The dish washing sink must reach 120 degrees F. The water was turned off underneath and facilities has come to turn it back on during the inspection. [COS] The water reached 120 degrees at the dish sink.
