    A food safety certificate was not available for review. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.

  • K48: Plan review

    Facility has replaced the the original Bunn Brewer with a Clover Vertica coffee machine. Plans were not fully reviewed and approved by this department prior to its installation and use. [CA] Our records show two plan submittal projects for Starbucks with project numbers SR0874287 and SR0877598. Applicants shall contact our office to update the status of projects, however as SR0877598 encompasses the scope of work for SR0874287, an update on the plan status is only needed for the major remodel project SR0877598. Within one week by 4/22, applicants shall contact our office by emailing to dehplancheck@deh.sccgov.org and provide updates as to reactivate or close project. Reactivation fees apply. Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions.
