- K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing
Accumulation of debris under equipments and along the walls. [CA] Frequently clean and sanitize floors to prevent accumulation of debris.
- K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Milk stored in the reach-in cooler was measured at 46F. [CA] Potentially hazardous foods when cold holding shall be held at or below 41F.

Ice cream scoops are stored in dipper well without running water. [CA] Properly store scoops at dipper well with cool running water.
- K29: Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Household insecticides, powdery substance, observed used in the facility and an aerosol insecticide spray stored under the three compartment sink. [CA] Discontinue use of household insecticides, and it is recommended that facility uses licensed pest control service. Did not observed signs of vermin in the facility.

Boxes of food storage container/bags are observed stored on the floor. [CA] Food contact equipment/utensils shall be stored in a manner where they are protected from contamination.

Gaskets on door of the upright reach-in freezer are in disrepair. [CA] Replace gaskets on refrigeration units and maintain in good repair.
