The ceiling is beginning to have some brown accumulation above the oven. The oven is conditionally permitted not being under a hood. [CA] Clean the ceiling tiles of the brown accumulation.

Observed a spray bottle with a clear liquid not labeled. [CA] Label each spray bottle with the contents. [COS] The spray bottle contents were poured into the dish sink.

Observed sweaters hanging on the food shelves touching the food. [CA] Place personal belongings in the lockers.
