As per inspection report dated (06/23/2022) facility was only going to be doing prepackaged non-PHFs and to go items: OPERATOR INDICATED THE FOOD PREP AREA WILL CONSIST OF PREPACKAGED NON-PHF GRAB AND GO ITEMS. FUTURE PLANS TO ADD MORE MENU ITEMS WHICH MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THIS DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO USE. Plans will have to be submitted into this department if food shall continue.
