ROUTINE INSPECTION
Facility is now serving food that is being heated within microwave. As per inspection report dated (06/23/2022) facility was only going to be doing prepackaged non-PHFs and to go items: OPERATOR INDICATED THE FOOD PREP AREA WILL CONSIST OF PREPACKAGED NON-PHF GRAB AND GO ITEMS. FUTURE PLANS TO ADD MORE MENU ITEMS WHICH MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THIS DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO USE. Plans will have to be submitted into this department if food shall continue.

Unable to provide a current food manger certification at the time of inspection. [CA] Obtain a food manger certification within 60-days and food handler cards for employees managing food within 30-days.

Facility has obtained a new reach in, reach in freezer, and steam table to hot hold PHFs. [CA] A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling. Contact DEH at 408-918-3400 or at www.ehinfo.org to obtain plan check requirements. Facility must submit plans into this department if services of food shall continue. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action. *NOTE* - Per Structural inspection conducted on (6/23/2022). The equipment mentioned above was not on site.
