[CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroach, seal all cracks and crevices and keep back door close to prevent entry. Continue working with the pest control provider for prevention.

    Held inside chest refrigerator for about 2 hour per PIC: milk teas measured between 46F and 48F. Held inside countertop cold holding unit (less than 4 hours): fruit jelly and egg pudding measured above 50F. Ambient temperatures in both refrigeration units measured below 41F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] PIC put a time marking to discard within 4 hours from removal of temperature control.
