Lack of paper towels in the paper towel dispenser at the handwash sink. Clean towels observed on the shelving nearby. [Corrective Action] Provide single use paper towels to dry hands.

Permit conditions does not allow for customer self-service of cream cheese. Ensure adequate supply of single serving cream cheese is available. Permit conditions does not allow facility to brew coffee for customers.
Automatic paper towel dispenser does not work. A roll of paper towels observed on top of the refrigerator. [Corrective Action] Ensure automatic paper towel dispenser is working properly.
Yogurt in the small refrigerator was measured at 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Breakfast hours are from 5 - 9 AM and guest continually opening refrigeration unit. Re-measured yogurt an hour later at 46 degrees Fahrenheit. [Corrective Action] Maintain Potentially Hazardous Foods at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Un-opened dairy products 45 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
