FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
On site for second follow up inspection. Hot water measured above 120F at three compartment sink, food preparation sink and mop sink. BRADFORD WHITE New water heater installed. Model No. RE120L6-1NCWW Serial No. AA52685037 Nom. Cap. 19 US gal Facility is ok to reopen. This is a charged second follow up inspection.
Red placard removed from the display at front window. When asked, PIC mentioned she took it off 20 minutes prior to inspector's arrival to take a photo to send it to corporate.[CA] The placard shall be posted so as to be clearly visible to the general public and to patrons entering the food facility. The placard shall not be defaced, marred, camouflaged, hidden obstructed in any way, removed, or placed at a height or location that the Environmental Health Specialist determines contradicts the intent of this section. ROUTINE INSPECTION
The water temperature was fluctuating in the 90s and then went down to 77 degrees F maximum. The store must remain closed until hot water heater is repaired and proper temperatures are able to be held at the sinks. Please call for another reinspection before reopening.
Observed gnat like insects in the kitchen. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate the insects from inside the facility.

Visited facility due to complaint. Complainant stated that there is not any hot water in the food facility. Upon inspection today found that there is not any hot water and the owner stated that the hot water heater is not working. Facility must close due to no hot water. Remain closed until hot water is reinstated at the sinks. Please call for reinspection before opening. (Gave owner my direct county cell phone number). There will be a reinspection fee of $645 for the first 2 hours (2hr minimum fee) for an after hours request. [Inspection was actually done during the complaint inspection today at 1p.m.]
