    Observed cups being used as scoops and stored inside the bulk food bins. [CA] The scoops must have a handle and stored with the handle not touching the food inside. [COS] The cups were removed and scoops with ta handle replaced them.

    Observed spray bottles with cleaning chemicals in them unlabeled. [CA] Label each one with the contents. [COS] The bottles were labeled.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitizedCritical

    Dishes were being washed and not sanitized. [CA] They must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. The machine was giving 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. the dish washing sink quat sanitizer was also empty. Use the test strips to monitor the quat at 200ppm and the chlorine at 100ppm. [COS] The dishes were rewashed in the 3 comp sink with 100ppm chlorine sanitizer set up.
